Section 102
<br> to pay the deadline
According to section 101, when the court issues a deadline, three copies of the deadline notice shall be prepared and signed by the relevant officer and affixed with the seal of the court.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), two copies of notices shall be prepared through the plaintiff or his legal practitioner.
(3) When issuing a deadline in accordance with this paragraph, the court shall arrange for the deadline to be served with a copy of the complaint to the person living in the same house as the defendant, and in the case of other defendants, one copy for each defendant.
